    Our card policies

    Using your bankcard for payments to Tuna Moana, with or without the help of this form, assume your agreement with our policies.

    1. Your personal and card data you fill in on this page will only be used to create the final form and then deleted from all computers and the net. We ourselves will only keep a printed copy for audit purposes.
    2. To verify that you are the owner of the email address you claim, a verification email may be sent from swim@tunamoana.com. You must answer that email before we start processing your order.

    Cancellation policy

    1. Cancellations made 1 month or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will apply.
    2. Cancellations made within 1 months prior to arrival, 20% of the booking confirmed will be charged.
    3. For no-shows as well as booking cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to arrival the full confirmed booking will be charged.
    4. Note 1. We recommend using an appropriate travel insurance cover.
    5. Note 2. Your card will be charged at the time of booking for 50% deposit and final payment is due upon arrival.
